Subject: Announcement mailing list for conference attendees

Description: Hello,

can you please create an "announcement" mailing list to be used to broadcast information to conference attendees? I.e. a small number of people (including myself) will be allowed to post to the list, but the recipients cannot use the mailing list themselves.

best regards,
Michèle
