Subject: new mailing list for in coming microbiology lab communications

Description: Dear Mailing list service,

I run the microbiology service within Easter Bush Pathology. There are four staff members and sometimes miscommunication and misunderstanding from clients over who to contact. Ideally all incoming communications should come to all members of the team so that whoever is available can deal with the request.
I think this requires a mailing list where anyone/public can post but only subscribers receive the emails, I think that's the hotline version?
